Finding a More Efficient Way to Drive Revenue

Experiencing rapid growth for its secure file transfer product, the Cerberus team faced a backlog of support contracts up for renewal valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. To help improve revenue and ease the burden on Cerberus’s small sales team, Young Marketing Consulting implemented a Pardot-based renewal automation campaign that triggers based on an account’s support renewal date and provides different messaging in the context of that account’s activity (if they’ve viewed their invoice, if they have another opportunity opened, etc.). This system is now on its third evolution and has helped the Cerberus team continue to scale by focusing attention on new business growth.
