The Challenge
LPC had grown and evolved significantly over time, but their brand and website no longer reflected that reality.
While the firm was known and trusted by long-standing partners, its digital presence struggled to tell a clear story to new audiences. The language felt fragmented, the structure made it difficult to understand how services fit together, and the overall experience did not convey the confidence or thoughtfulness that defines LPC’s work in practice.
More than a visual issue, this created friction at an important moment in LPC’s growth. As the organization continued to engage new partners and expand its reach, it needed a brand and website that could clearly articulate its philosophy, values, and approach without oversimplifying the complexity of evaluation work.


The Solution
Young Marketing Consulting partnered with LPC on a brand-led engagement designed to bring clarity, cohesion, and confidence to how the organization shows up digitally.
The work began by revisiting LPC’s brand foundation. Together, we clarified how LPC talks about evaluation, equity, and impact, and how those ideas should consistently show up across messaging, structure, and design. The goal was not to reinvent LPC’s identity, but to sharpen it, creating language and visuals that felt more aligned with the organization’s maturity and leadership in the field.
With a clearer brand direction in place, YMC led the redesign and development of LPC’s website. The site was reorganized to better support discovery and self-selection, allowing visitors to quickly understand LPC’s services and where they fit. Content was rewritten to translate complex evaluation concepts into accessible, human language, while still maintaining the rigor LPC is known for.
Design and development decisions were guided by accessibility, flexibility, and longevity, resulting in a custom WordPress site that supports both immediate needs and future growth.
